When Sherif and Elba Ahmetaj, in their early twenties, were looking for their own salon, they had a clear vision: not a business in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but a place of peace, personality, and atmosphere – in the heart of Munich. They chose our beautiful Lehel, near the Friedensengel.
Both started their training in hairdressing at the age of 15 and gained many years of experience before venturing into self-employment. They were convinced that quality, precision, and passion are the best advertising – not walk-in customers, but people who appreciate and recommend their work.
From the very beginning, one thing was particularly important to them: combining exceptional craftsmanship with the highest discretion. To this day, clients value precisely this combination of privacy, trust, and quality.

Elba is the creative soul of MR & MRS HAJR. As a blonde specialist, she has made a name for herself that extends far beyond Munich – clients from all over the German-speaking world entrust her with their hair. Her expertise includes perfect blonde shades, innovative coloring techniques, and hair extensions of the highest quality. To this day, she is in constant exchange with colorists worldwide – from LA to Italy to Lebanon.
As a visionary, Elba launched AJ Extensions – her own product brand that emerged from her daily salon work and revolutionized hair extensions for women.

With over two decades of experience and unparalleled precision, he specializes in exact men's haircuts, high transparency fading, and professional beard artistry. His passion for the craft began at the age of 12. After his training, he worked as a specialist trainer and seminar leader in a renowned Munich salon before co-founding MR & MRS HAJR with Elba.
The exclusive "10 Years Back" tint – an anti-aging treatment for men's hair that subtly and naturally makes you look 10 years younger. A niche product that is not available anywhere else in Munich.
