Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving any reason. In order for us to process your return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Please keep your receipt or another proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at info@mrmrshajr.de or via WhatsApp at +49 176 8347 9673. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted. Once approved, please send the item to: MR & MRS HAJR, Elba Ahmetaj, Reitmorstraße 22, 80538 Munich, Germany. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns of BALMAIN products (Hair Care, Styling Tools, Accessories)

BALMAIN products can be returned easily within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used care and styling products are excluded from return.

Returns of AJ Longtape Extensions

AJ Longtape Extensions can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Due to the special hygiene requirements for real-hair products, the following conditions apply and must be met without exception:

→ The extension must be in its unopened original packaging.
→ The tape strip must be fully sealed and untouched.
→ The protective film on the tape must not have been removed.
→ The hair must not have been worn, tried on, washed, coloured or otherwise treated.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept extensions where the seal of the tape strip has been opened, where the hair shows signs of use, or where the original packaging is damaged. In such cases, unfortunately, a refund is not possible, even as a gesture of goodwill.

We therefore recommend using our free colour consultation via WhatsApp (+49 176 8347 9673) before placing your order – this way you can make sure the colour and length are right the first time.

Damage and Issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@mrmrshajr.de – we will take care of a solution right away.

Right of Withdrawal – Also Available Online

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the "Revoke Contract" button. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without delay on a durable medium (for example, by email), including information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are excluded from return: sale items, gift cards, and products that cannot be taken back after opening for hygiene reasons (in particular, extensions with an opened tape seal and opened cosmetic products).

Exchanges

A direct exchange is not possible. If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund and can purchase the desired item in a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@mrmrshajr.de.
