Shipping and Payment Terms
As soon as you place an order with us, we get to work and process your order as quickly as possible. We usually ship with Deutsche Post – fast, secure and reliable!
To return an item, please choose a shipping service of your choice. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
Please note: all countries outside the European Union are supplied exclusively without customs clearance and without tax (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Here is an overview of our shipping costs:
Standard shipping to Germany:
Within Germany, we ship free of charge from an order value of €530! For orders under €530, a flat shipping fee of €4.50 applies. In-stock products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the order volume, plus the transit times of the respective carrier.
Standard shipping to Austria:
To Austria, we ship free of charge from an order value of €530! For orders under €530, a flat shipping fee of €9.90 applies. In-stock products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the order volume, plus the transit times of the respective carrier.
Standard shipping to Switzerland and other EU countries:
To Switzerland and other EU countries, we ship free of charge from an order value of €530! Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of €16.90. In-stock products are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on the order volume, plus the transit times of the respective carrier.

Customs and Taxes within the European Union
No additional taxes or customs duties apply to any goods shipped within the European Union.
Customs and Taxes outside the European Union
Please note that customs fees and additional charges may apply to orders outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer. Item prices and delivery costs are therefore stated as net prices.
Shipping Times
We review every order personally to prevent any overlap. These reviews take place during our business hours, which are: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you send an order request outside these hours, it will be processed at the next possible opportunity.
Domestic & International Shipping:
Depending on order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process – we apologise for any inconvenience. The standard transit times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the carrier.
Returns
Return shipping is always at the buyer's expense.
You can cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. As soon as your return has reached us again, it will be carefully inspected. These costs are to be borne by the customer. After the inspection, you will receive your refund to the payment method you chose at checkout. This can take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
